We have become aware of emails and phone calls pretending one NAMICS Group employee that inquire about the travel agency we usually use for business trips. They use the email address of a staff who already resigned in the past and its domain is quite similar to the one of our sales company.
We ask all customers to be extremely careful about these scam emails which may bring computer viruses or fraudulent access. If you receive suspicious scam emails, please inform us through our sales staff in charge of your company or “Inquiry” (https://www.namics.co.jp/contact/) on our web page without opening an attachment or clicking the link included in the email. When you have suspicious phone calls from a NAMICS employee you have not known, kindly contact our sales staff directly as well.
